On Vaisākhī Day, over 300 years ago in 1699, Guru Gobind Singh Jī (the tenth Nanak) summoned a national reunion on the mountain hills of Anandpur Sāhib in Panjāb. At the gathering, he transferred the temporal power vested in him to the ‘Khālsā Panth' (the people) and the spiritual authority, to the sacred Scripture, the ‘Guru Granth Sāhib Jī'

Bandhi Chor Divas (Known also as Diwali)

Guru Hargobind was released from captivity and  he  freed 52 hill Rajas from prison with him.
