hey' yesterday i attended your 'BODY' day and would like to thank you for opening up my mind to other religions i had an amazing day and made many new friends. me and my school group would love the chance to attend again. thank you all very much. Aimee Beechwood Secondary School :)

I thoroughly enjoyed the afan meeting. at first I wasn't sure what to expect as it sounded like such a unique workshop. Its definitely a unique organisation.
There are a few things I felt could be different in order to improve the atmosphere and environment of the meeting.
Refreshments were good but I believe that soft drinks would have been more welcome. However, I must say the lunch was excellent, especially considering it had to cater for induvidual needs.
I also felt that the sessions were sometimes a little bit long. Considering that its quite a long day, I think that making a short 5 minute break every hour would be beneficial to all, especially as from my experience, it was during these breaks that I really opened up to members from the other school. Perhaps even a 10 to 15 minute period at the beginning of the day would help to break down the awkwardness felt in the first hour or so.
Overall, I must say that I learnt a lot about other religions but also other cultures. I enjoyed the day and hope to soon return.
