On Purim we read the book of Esther, and we come to synagogue in fancy dress! It is great fun, especially for kids!
Here we can see and hear the book of Esther (Megillat Esther) being read in a community all enjoying the fancy dress element! (I particularly like the Bee costume because my name means bee!)
This is an Orthodox community where although the children are all together, the parents are sitting with men on one side and women on the other side of a divider.
