The Scripture related to Buddhism about sex is the third of the five precepts
I undertake the training rule to abstain from sexual misconduct.
In the ancient langugae of Pali it is said
Kāmesu micchācāra veramaṇī sikkhāpadaṃ samādiyāmi.
Buddhist Monk within the Theravadin Traditon are celibate and refrain from all sexual behaviour (you can read more about the rules here). Lay people can also adopt celibacy under the eight precepts.
