We love bringing fun and laughter to the practice of conscious, compassionate awareness. In that spirit, we have created a cartoon series called “The Voices,” referring, of course, to the voices in our heads. We will illustrate the nearly endless stream of chatter, judgment, criticism, daydreams, opinions, and aimless wanderings that we hear day in and day out. Rather than taking these voices seriously, these light-hearted cartoons will help us simply notice “The Voices” with humor.
